基层电大数字化校园建设探析

On the construction of the digital campus in RTVU

目前基层电大在数字化校园建设过程中存在领导观念落后、教师素养偏低、资源利用率不高、缺乏整体规划等问题。只有努力转化观念、提高素养、落实制度、建好共享平台、选择合适的服务器、加快应用系统建设才能加快基层电大数字化校园建设,为社会培养更多的高素质人才。

The development of information technology has provided an opportunity for the RTUs education reform. The construction of Digital Campus is of great significance to the development of RTVU. However, during the process, there are many problems, such as the concept lagging behind the process, low quality, the low use of resources , the lack of overall plan and other issues. In order to speed up the RTUs Digital Campus construction, we must try to change the ideas, improve the quality, implement the systems, build sharing platforms , select the appro- pilate servers and speed up the construction of application systems so that we can train more high - quality personnel for the society.
