摘要
通过对东莞社区居民及社区卫生服务机构调查分析,发现东莞社区卫生服务存在社区居民对社区卫生服务认识缺位、人才匮乏、资金短缺、社区卫生服务机构发展不平衡等问题。并对上述问题提出针对性的对策和建议。
Through the survey on residents and health services in the communities in Donggua, some findings are suggested, involving the residents ＇ low awareness on community-based health services and the shortage of qualified personnel, investment and development unbalance in community-based health facilities. The related measures are offered as well.
