摘要
本文探讨了有机高分子絮凝剂聚丙烯酸胺(PAAm)及其与无机凝聚剂FeCl3、AlCl3联合作用对磷精矿沉陷性能的影响。结果表明,PAAm的最佳用量范围为10~20g/t,且随着分子量的增大,最佳用量值减小。FeCl3、AlCl3与PAAm混合使用能改善磷精矿的沉降性能。值得推荐的用药方案为:AlCl32.0kg/t、PAAm-610g/t,或FeCl32.0kg/t、PAAm-620g/t。
Effects of an organic high-molecular flocculant polyacrylamide (PAAm), PAAm and FeCl3,and PAAm and AlCl3 on settling characteristics of a flotation phosphate concentrate are studied in this Paper.Test results show that the optimum consumption of PAAm is in the range of 1020 g/t and decreases with the growth of its molecular weight. Settling characteristics of the concentrate can be improved in using PAAm together with FeCl3 or AlCl3. The reagent scheme of 2. 0 kg/t of AlCl3 and 10 g/t of PAAm-6, or 2. 0 kg/t of FeCl3 and 20 g/t of PAAm-6 is worthy to be recommended in thickening of the flotation phosphate concentrate.
