摘要
24个月的传统杨式太极拳练习能使大学生的心肺功能得以良好改善,表现为心肺功能指标中肺活量、体重指数和台阶试验指数均有显著性变化,经t检验差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结合杨式太极拳的特点,建议在高校大学生中全面普及与推广传统杨式太极拳运动。
This paper focuses on the effect of practicing traditional Yangshi Taijiquan on improving university students' hearts and lungs functions. After 24 months of exercise and test, it got the conclusions as follows: The influence of practicing traditional Yangshi Taijiquan on the hearts and lungs functions of university students is like this: 24 months of practice can improve the functions of their hearts and lungs. Among the indices, significant changes have happened to the vital capacity weight index and step test index. The clear differences can be seen from T test( P 〈 0.01). The results of the experiment tell us that practicing traditional Yangshi Taijiquan can obviously improve university students physical qualities. So it is a good idea to call on them putting it into practice in all universities.
