为加强采供血能力建设,通州区中心血站通过对有限的资源严格科学管理;从引进人才、多渠道筹资、获取服务资质、加快信息化建设和开发领导等进行资源开发;对人才资源进行培育保护;对分散的资源进行整合。全面快速提高了采供血能力,有效保障了救灾用血和奥运会、残奥会医疗用血,出色完成了应急供血任务;人才队伍壮大,技术水平提高;工作环境和仪器设备条件得到很大改善;服务能力增强、范围扩大;采供血事业迈出了可持续发展的坚实步伐。

In order to strengthen the construction of the ability of blood collection and supply, through scientific management to limited resource and resources exploitation through brain gain, raising money through several ways, getting service qualification, accelerating information construction and leadership development, human rcsourees was cultivated and protected and dispersive resources was integrated.
