摘要
利用AVL-BOOST发动机模拟软件建立了GW2.5TCI柴油机的计算模型,分析探讨了不同压缩比和不同喷油提前角对柴油机性能的影响,并确定了合适的匹配参数。根据优化结果模拟了柴油机外特性上的性能,并和试验值进行了比较。结果表明,模拟计算结果与实验值较为一致,柴油机性能符合预定的目标,同时为该柴油机改进设计和试验研究提供理论依据和研究方向。
In this paper, AVL-BOOST software was used to make a calculation model of GW2.5TCI diesel engine. This paper studies the effects of compression ratio and advanced angle of injection and valve timing on the performance of the diesel engine, and then confirms appropriate matching parameters. It simulates the performance on the external characteristics curve based on the optimized results, and put a comparison with the test .The results show that the simulation results tallies well with the experimental results. All the work provides the theoretical basis and research way for following diesel improvement investigation.
