套筒冠义齿修复牙周炎牙列缺损的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨牙周炎患者对套筒冠覆盖义齿的远期满意度以及基牙牙周状况。方法对有可摘义齿修复史的20例牙列缺损伴牙周炎患者进行套筒冠义齿修复,填写标准问卷,记录套筒冠义齿修复前,戴义齿3个月、1年、2年后患者对义齿美观程度、语音功能、咀嚼功能、固位情况、舒适性的主观评价;检查并记录基牙菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI),牙龈指数(gingival index,GI),探诊深度(probing depth,PD),龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleed-ing index,SBI),牙齿松动度等牙周临床指标。结果修复后3个月、1年及2年与修复前相比,除了语音功能评价差别不明显外(P>0.05),患者对义齿美观程度、咀嚼功能、固位情况、舒适性的满意度明显增高(P<0.05)。PD术后3个月就有明显改善,后期接近正常值。SBI修复后有下降趋势;PLI和GI比修复前略增加,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论套筒冠义齿对可以提高患者对义齿的满意度,改善牙周炎患者的基牙健康状况。 Objective To study the effects of restoration of dentition defect with telescope crown retainers on the abutments in patients with periodontal disease, as well as the patient' s satisfaction in a long-term. Methods The patients' satisfaction in appearance, mastication, stability, speaking and comfort was recorded by questionnaires and the periodontal index including plaque index (PLI), gingival index (GI), probing depth (PD), sulcus bleeding index (SBI), tooth immovability were measured before and at 3 months and 1, 2 years after prosthetic restoration. Results With telescope denture restoration, the patients' satisfaction including appearance, mastication, stability, and comfort was improved, together with a markedly decreased SBI, PD and GI. Conclusion Telescope crown can increase the patient' s satisfaction remarkably and improve patient' s periodontal condition of abutments.
