摘要
对青岛炼化3.2Mt/a加氢处理装置生产情况进行了分析。通过对加工两种原料的工艺参数以及产品性质进行详细比较,得出结论:该装置完全可以加工深拔蜡油,为青岛炼化带来较好的经济效益。
The industrial application of hydrotreating heavy/normal VGO in the 3.2 Mt/a hydrotreating unit of Qingdao Refining & Chemical Company was analyzed. Through comparisons of technical data and product character between two industrial statuses, we conclude that heavy VGO can get more diesel product. The running results indicate that with heavy VGO the technical data need adjust and the reaction temperature should be higher. In the mean while, the energy consumption and hydrogen consumption increased obviously.
