摘要
HIP处理WC-6%Co、WC-11%Co等合金降低了合金的孔隙度,提高了合金的密度;减少了合金强度性能的波动范围,对获取优质硬质合金材料有重大实际意义。同时指出当烧结合金密度达到某一临界值时,合金无需包套可直接进行HIP处理。
The WC- 6%Co and WC- 11 %Co alliy were tneated by HIP,the porosity of alloy can be deoreased the density of alloy can be incneased,the fluctuation range of strength propelties of alloy can be neduced. HIP have impontant effects on manufactuning of good quality cemented canbide mateniac.The experimen results also show that when the density of WC-Co alloy reach the critical value,the WC-Co alloy does nt need can in the process of HIP and can be treated dinectly by HIP.
