STUDY ON SHAPING TECHNIQUE FOR CARBIDE CYLINDER BITS

从混合料成型质量，模具收缩系数和模具材质三方面探讨了对柱齿硬质合金压坯成型的影响，提出了生产上应采取的措施。

On the basis of the producing process,this paper has studied mixtureIs shaping quality.shrinkage ratio and die material which have effect on the shaping of carbide cylinder bits. In addition,it has put forth the way that quality of the shaping of carbide cylinder bit compacts is improved during the producing process.
