摘要
意大利弗卡斯套筒竖窑自投产以来,卷扬机发生的设备故障与事故,通过计算、校核证实某重型机器集团设计的卷扬机传动系统中的鼓形齿联轴器、减速机、钢丝绳3大部件选型能力不足,同时根据计算重新设计选型。
The present paper introduces the equipment troubles and accidents having occurred in the hoisting machine since commissioning of the sleeve type shaft kiln introduced from Focarse Italy. By calculating and verfying it's proved that the working capacity of the drum type toothed coupling, speed reducer and steel-wire rope in the the driving system of the hoisting machine designed by a specific Heavy Duty Machine Manufacturing Group is insufficient and in the meanwhile a new mechanical driving part is selected and designed according to the calculated data.
