介绍数据平台在炼钢生产中的应用实践。主要介绍数据平台的体系构建,生产数据的实时采集和数据安全,数据平台与生产控制及武钢ERP的网络通讯和信息集成。利用网络和数据中心的实时数据库实现炼钢生产控制和武钢ERP系统的无缝连接和生产数据的共享,通过数据平台实现炼钢操作和炼钢执行系统MES的应用功能。

Application of data platform in the steel-making production is introduced. And the construction of data platform, real-time collection of production data and safety of data, control of data platform and production, and ERP network communications and information integration of WISCO are particularly introduced. Seamless link between the control of steel-making production and ERP system of WISCO and joint share of production data are realized by means of network and real-time database of data center and at the same time the application function of steel-making operation and steel-making execution system（MES） is going to be realized through data platform.
