摘要
用化学镀方法在Nd-Fe-B粉末合金多孔基体上施镀铜-镍合金或镍-磷合金底层,再电镀高硫镍和半光亮镍。研究了几类镀层对基体的封闭能力、耐蚀性,用恒电流阳极溶解法测定了多层体系的电位-时间曲线,并进行了镀层组织的金相检测。结果表明,化学镀Ni-P合金镀层对Nd-Fe-B基体有良好的封闭性能,高硫镍层的电位低于电镀半光亮Ni和Cu-Ni、Ni-P化学镀层,腐蚀可控制在高硫镍层中横向进行,Cu-Ni/Ni-P/高硫Ni/半光亮Ni体系和Ni-P/高硫Ni/半光亮Ni体系有极佳的防护性能。
The multicoating System for Nb-Fe-B powder alloy parts was studied. The Cu-Ni or Ni-P alloy layer produced by electroless plating was used as underlying layer, and then the high sulphur nickel and semibright nickel coatings were electrodeposited. The results showed that the electroless Ni-P coating had good sealing performance for Nb-Fe-B alloy substrate and the potential of high sulphur nickel layer was negative to semi-brigh nickel and Cu-Ni and Ni-P layers.
