摘要
连铸水口堵塞的类型有四种,即脱氧产物、固态钢、复杂氧化物及反应产物。水口堵塞的基本原因是堵塞物向水口壁传递,并附着在水口壁上。防止水口堵塞的方法有多种,各有一定效果,但又有限度或缺点。
There are four types of the cloggings in the submerged nozzle for continuous casting. They are, namely, deoxidation products, solidified steel, complex oxides and reaction products. The basic cause of clogging in the nozzle is that the clogging products may be transferred to the wall of nozzle and attached to it. There are many ways to prevent clogging and each of them has a given effect, While some limitations or disadvantages exist also.
