如何将中国传统文化的核心价值、精神活转于当代,融进社会主义文化建设所需要的核心价值体系,是学术界当下的一项重要使命。新儒家代表人物张君劢主张从人生观入手建设国家新文化,其理论体系注重价值理性的传统与致思方向,以塑造新的国民性为目标,遵照"新人"—"新公民"—"新民族"—"新精神"—"新文化"—"新国家"的逻辑脉络,实现了中国近代文化由工具理性启蒙到"人"的发现、人的实践理性启蒙的成功转变,具有重要的历史价值与现实意义。

It is a major task for today＇s academia to revitalize the core value of the traditional Chinese culture and make it part of the new value system essential for socialist cultural construction. This article explores the historical background for Zhang Junmai＇s proposition to build a new culture on the basis of individuals＇ outlook on life. With his emphasis on the traditional reason, Zhang Junmai＇s goal is to build new Chinese national character starting from outlook on life, following the logic mode of ＂new people＂--＂ new citizen＂--＂ new nation＂--＂ new spirit＂--＂ new culture＂. Therefore, his philosophical logic is to transform modern Chinese culture from the stage of the enlightenment of instrumental reason to the discovery of ＂human＂ itself and the enlightenment of human practical reason. Based on the analyses, this article recognizes the historical value and practical significance of Zhang＇s academic framework.
