Rokop连铸机连浇方式及双T形中间罐温度分布的探讨

摘要 本文通过对Rokop连铸机浇铸方式的分析,同其它浇铸方式的比较,及对双T形中间罐的流场分布的水模实验,指出我国所引进的采用“双钢包”浇铸方式的Rokop连铸机,由于目前不能实现双钢包同时浇铸,其中间罐温度极不均匀,影响铸坯质量和工艺操作。并提出了中间罐几何形状改进的方案。 Through the analysis for the casting mode of the Rokop continuous caster, the comparison with several other modes and the experiment of the flow field distribution of double T tundish with water model, this paper indicated that the Rokop continuous casters using double-ladle and built by ourself have much influence on the billet quality and process operation because it's double-ladle now can not cast at the same time and the temperature field distribution of it's tundish is not homogenous. A scheme to improve the shape of the tundish was also given.
