基于快速成型石蜡基高强度渗入材料的研究

摘要 基于快速成型粉末烧结件新型渗入材料石蜡的改性研究,对石蜡物理化学性质进行分析,提出三种石蜡改性方法以提高其机械强度,即物理改性法、化学改性法和综合改性法,并讨论不同改性剂对改性石蜡强度、韧性、抗拉性等机械性能的影响,阐述改性石蜡代替昂贵树脂作为快速原型粉末烧结件渗入材料的应用前景,对于渗入材料研究有一定的指导意义。 Based on the introduction of the improved research of the paraffin wax based on the rapid prototyping of new pieces of paraffin, the physical modification method, chemical modification method and integrated modification method are put forward through physical and chemical analysis of properties of paraffin. And it is also discussed the impact of mechanical properties such as strength, toughness, and tensibility on mechanics properties, exerted by different modifier. At last it addresses the potential application prospective of replacing pricy resin with paraffin as the rapid prototype powder infiltration materials, having a certain of significance to the in-depth material analysis.
