摘要 目的随着护理模式的改变,探讨护理学基础实验教学方法的改革,以期提高护理学基础实验教学质量。方法2004年8月-2008年9月将我校2002级2003级护理本科生401名分成两组,2003级(196人)为实验组与2002级(205人)为对照组,实验组在教学过程中运用改革后的实验课教学模式,对照组给予原有实验课教学模式授课,用自制调查问卷表进行调查。结果实验组在临床实习期间的技能考试平均成绩,动手能力,临床教师满意度;毕业后用人单位对技能操作满意度明显优于对照组(p<0.01)。结论通过改革实验教学考核方式,有针对性地对学生采取不同的实验教学方法,转变学生思想观念,提高教师素质与能力等提高了护理学基础实验教学质量。 Objective To probe into the reform of teaching method of Basic Nursing's experiment course to improve teaching quality. Methods During the period from August, 2004 and to September, 2008, the undergraduate nursing students of Grade 2003 were grouped as treatment group (n = 196 ) while the students of 2002 were control group (n = 205 ). When conducting the Basic Nursing's experiment course, the treanment group underwent the new teaching model while the control group received the traditional teaching model, and afterwards a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the teaching resuhs. Results The results of the treatment group turned out to be significantly better than that of the control group in following items: the average score of clinical skills test, the operating capieity,teachers' satisfaction degree, employers' satisfaction degree of their clinical skill after their graduation (p 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The teaching quality of Basic Nursing's experiment course was able to be greatly improved by reforming the testing model, adopting targeted teaching methods, changing students' concept and improving teachers' quality and teaching ability.
