摘要 本文对高碳钢大方坯中心偏析的成因作了分析,探讨了电磁搅拌等对减少中心偏析的作用,并针对西宁特钢公司铸机的具体情况提出了预防措施。 In this paper, the analysis of the reason for central segregation of CC bloom cast from high carbon steel and the investigation about the- effect of electromagnetic stirring etc. on decreasing of the central segregation were given,and some countermeasures to prevent central segregation presented also according to the practice of continuous casting at Xining Special Steel Gp Co.
