根据生产结果分析了高碳钢连铸的工艺特点,讨论了振动频率对高碳钢粘结漏钢的影响,提出了控制高碳钢工艺漏钢的措施。

In this paper,the CC process characteristics of high carbon steel were analyzed, the influence of mould oscillatory frequency on stick leakout during casting high carbon steel discussed and the measures of controlling process leakout of casting high carbon steel recommended also.
