钢材或连铸坯成分、性能不均,或钢号不符,是连铸生产迅速发展中的一个不容忽视的问题。本文分析了生产中导致连铸坯成分、性能不均或混炉号的原因,并提出了相应对策。

The composition and performance of steel products or billets are unequal or the products unconformable with its steel grade. These are the problems that should not be neglect in the course of developing of continuous casting. This paper analysed the reason that caused the unconformity of the composition and performance and made the steel grade confused, and proposed some relevant countermeasures also.
