摘要
采用自编问卷,考察不同群体对高校教师角色的认知,从现实和理想认知两个角度出发,考察范围分为课堂教学、学生管理、学生生活和专业领域四个方面。调查结果表明不同群体对高校教师的角色认知存在较大差异。
With self-designed questionnaire,from realistic and idealistic angles,this paper intends to study different groups of people's role cognition of college teachers,in the fields of class teaching,student administration,students' life guidance and their major development,from which the conclusion can be drawn that there do exist differences in different groups' role cognition of college teachers.
