摘要
容留时间是环氧沥青混合料施工控制中最重要的技术指标。针对混凝土桥面铺装用环氧沥青混合料,采用粘度测试研究了环氧沥青固化过程中的化学流变性;采用马歇尔方法研究了不同保留时间下环氧沥青混合料的压实效果;基于环氧沥青的粘度及时间曲线与环氧沥青混合料的压实效果,确定了环氧沥青混合料的容留时间。研究对于热固性环氧沥青混合料容留时间的确定提供了理论参考,同时可用于指导施工。
The allowable reserved time of epoxy asphalt mixes is the most important technical index for construction. The chemorheology of the epoxy asphalt is investigated by the means of viscosity test, and the compaction effect of the epoxy asphalt mixes is studied through Marshall test, with the aim of determining the allowable reserved time of epoxy asphalt mixes for cement concrete - deck pavement. Two methods of determi- ning the allowable reserved times are probed based on the above two tests. This research offers theoretical reference for the determination of allowable reserved time with epoxy asphalt mixes, and it is also beneficial to control the construction.
