摘要
一种新型的高效温拌沥青改性剂SAK,能直接掺入基质沥青内,改变沥青粘度,降低其施工拌和温度,同时提高60℃粘度,增强沥青路面高温抗车辙性能。使用美国BROOKFIELDDV-II型旋转粘度计和高级流变仪AR2000对沥青掺加3%SAK前后进行对比试验。结果表明,沥青60℃振动粘度提高72%,路面使用温度下车辙因子提高了45%~105%。
A new type of high - performance temperature mix asphalt modifier SAK, can be directly mixed with the base asphalt, to change the viscosity of asphalt, reduce the construction mixing temperature, increase viscosity when the asphalt is 60℃ , to enhance high - temperature resistance of asphalt pavement rutring performance. By the United States BROOKFIELDDV - II type rotating viscometer and senior AR2000 rheometer, asphalt effectiveness at before and after adding 3% SAK were compared and evaluated. The results showed that the vibration viscosity of 60℃ asphalt raise 72%, temperature of pavement rut factor to increase by 45% - 105%.
