摘要
本文通过对120×120mm^2铸坯采用浸入式水口进行保护浇铸的生产实践,分析了制约此保护浇铸的各种主要因素,并与150×150mm^2铸坯的浇铸结果进行了比较,得出结论认为120×12Omm^2铸坯不适合采用浸入式水口进行保护浇铸。
On the basis of the productive practice of protected casting 120mm sq using submerged nozzles, this paper gave an analysis to the main limiting factors, compared the results with ones of 150mm sq, and reached a conclusion that it is unsuitable to use submerged nozzle during casting 120mm sq.
