情绪智力以其对个体发展的独特作用吸引了越来越多的人进行关注。本文在实证研究的基础上分析了情绪智力对于大学生成长、成才的作用和意义,阐述了大学生情绪智力的现状及影响因素,提出了培养大学生情绪智力的教育方法。

Emotional intelligence has aroused the concerns of more and more people because of its unique roles in the individual development. In this study, the concept and nature of emotional intelligence are explored, and empirical research is made on its significance to college students in their growth. Approaches are suggested to promote the emotional intelligence of students.
