摘要
研究和分析了高速钢高温形变过程中的析出行为。析出物的大小、分布、数量及其与形变参数的关系,讨论了动态析出对高速钢动态再结晶及组织状态的影响。给出了发生晶粒碎化再结晶的临界析出条件。
In this paper,dynamic precipitation is studied during high temperature deformation in W9Mo3Cr4V steel,a kind of high speed steel. Relationships between dynamic precipitation particles,including quantity,size,form and distribution in the steel,and de formation parameters are invested,as well as effects of the dynamic precipitation on dy namic recrystallization patterns and the final structures in the steel. At last,the critical dgnamic precipitation conditions to obtain super-fine structures in the steel are given.[
