四川省民族地区中学英语教师调查与分析

摘要 提高四川省民族地区教育水平,关键在于教师。如何对民族地区中学英语教师进行新课程培训提高其综合素质和专业能力显得尤为重要。在对四川省民族地区中学英语教师年龄、学历、职称等结构的现状和实施英语新课程情况进行广泛调查的基础上,较为全面地研究和分析了四川省民族地区中学英语教师实施英语新课程存在的问题和面临的挑战。为搞好民族地区中学英语教师培训奠定基础,进而提高民族地区中学英语教师的专业化水平和综合素质,推进英语新课程改革。 Teachers play a key role in raising the educational level in the minority areas.It is very important to develop teachers abilities for teaching the new curriculum.This paper,on the basis of investigating the present state of the English teachers in the minority areas in Sichuan province including their age,academic credentials and professional titles,etc.,comprehensively studies and analyzes the problems and challenges the teachers face during their teaching in the new situation.This study helps lay good foundation for teachers' training and raise teachers academic levels and over-all abilities in carrying out the New Curriculum in English teaching.
