食用菌产生微生物絮凝剂最佳培养条件的研究

摘要 从食用菌中筛选出一种絮凝效果较佳、环保、安全的微生物絮凝剂,开拓废渣再利用的新途径,特开展了该研究。试验采用6种食用菌,经培养后进行培养条件和絮凝条件的优选实验。实验表明,鸡腿菇是最佳的微生物絮凝剂产生菌。在培养过程中确定小麦粉培养基为最佳培养基,最佳的培养基配方组合为小麦粉20mg·L-1,蔗糖20mg·L-1,酵母粉6mg·L-1。实验利用鸡腿菇对高岭土水样进行絮凝实验,絮凝率为69.39%。 In order to screen a kind of better/environmental/safe MBF from eating fungus and find the new way of reusing waste residue, the study was carried out. In the experiment six kinds of eating fungus were cultivated in order to screen the best culture condition and flocculant condition. The result showed: Coprinus comatus was the best eating fungus of microbial flocculants. During the culture process, the wheat flour medium was favorable for the growth of Coprinus comatus fungus and the production of microflocculants. The optimum nutritional composition of culture medium is: wheat flour 20 mg·L^-1, sucrose 20 mg·L^-1, barm flour 6 mg·L^-1.The Coprinus comatus was used to treat kaolin water in the flocculent orthogonal experiment, The flocculant efficiency was 69.39 %.
