造纸沉积物控制剂的合成与应用

Synthesis and Application of a Control Agent of Deposits in Paper-making Process

现代造纸生产中需要使用大量的有机和无机助剂,尤其随着灰分的普遍提高,碳酸钙沉积带来的影响成为了造纸过程中不可忽视的问题。我们合成了一种季铵盐型阳离子共聚物PEA,其对造纸过程中出现的有机沉积物和无机沉积物等非微生物沉积表现出很好的控制作用。通过实际生产试验证明取得了理想的效果。

One of the problems in modem paper-making industry is the serious calcium carbonate deposits caused by the substantive use of inorganic and organic additive agents. In this paper, PEA, a kind of cation copolymer, was synthesized and put into paper-making manufacturing application. It was found that PEA can effectively control inorganic and organic deposits during the paper-making process.
