两株汽油降解菌的降解能力研究

摘要 从某石化炼油厂排污口的污泥中富集、筛选并分离纯化得到六株汽油降解菌。选取降解性能较好的两株菌X和Z进行初步研究,结果表明,X和Z均能以汽油为唯一碳源和能源生长。通过摇瓶实验得出两株菌的最适生长条件:X为37℃,pH7.0,15%接种量,盐浓度(NaCl)为10g/L;Z为35℃,pH8.0,15%接种量,盐浓度(NaCl)为10g/L。经形态学观察和生理生化特征研究,初步确定X为假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas sp),Z为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus sp)。 Six strains were screened and isolated from sludge of an oil factory in Changsha. The X and Z were selected and primarily studied. The results showed that the two bacterial strains could utilize gasoline as sole carbon and energy sources. By tests in shaking flasks, it is determined that the conditions of growth for X were 37℃, pH 7.0, and seed volume 15 %, the NaCl concentration was 10 g/L; Z were 35℃, pH 8.0, and seed volume 15 %, the NaCl concentration was 10 g/L. According to morphological observation, physiological and biochemical properties results, The bacterial strain X tentatively identified as Pseudomonas sp, and strain Z was considered to be belonged to Bacillus.sp.
