摘要
文章首先简述絮凝剂的沉降机理。然后针对氧化铝生产过程中的物料变化情况,详细讨论絮凝剂分子量分布对赤泥分离沉降的影响;并进一步对影响絮凝剂沉降性能的因素进行认真总结。同时指出了絮凝剂在氧化铝生产工业应用中面临的主要问题和今后发展方向。最后简要介绍了高分子氧肟酸基絮凝剂、高分子聚丙烯酸钠、超高分子量乳液絮凝剂在氧化铝生产中的发展前景。
The paper first summarized the flocculent's subsidence mechanism. And for alumina production in the process of changes in materials, the flocculent molecular weight distribution of red mud separation of the impact of the settlement was discussed in detail; and further affecting the performance of flocculants settlement conscientiously sum up the factors. It also pointed out that the alumina production of flocculants for industrial applications in the face of the main issues and the future direction of development. Finally a brief introduction of the polymer flocculent hydroxamic acid, sodium polyacrylate polymer, ultra high molecular weight flocculent emulsion at alumina production prospects for development.
