The Comparison of Gas Chromatography and Liquid Chromatography Analysis Methods for P-phenylenediamine in Oxidation Hair Dyes

摘要 氧化型染发剂中对苯二胺检测目前有两种实用的分析方法:气相色谱法和液相色谱法,气相色谱法的最低检出限为50μg/g,低、中、高3个水平回收率分别为93.9%、92.7%、94.4%,相对标准偏差分别为5.60%、5.17%、5.19%;液相色谱法的最低检出限为6.0μg/g、低、中、高3个水平回收率分别为98.9%、97.9%、97.9%,相对标准偏差分别为3.27%、3.93%、3.97%。 There are two effective analysis methods for detecting P-phenylenediamine in oxidation hair dyes, such as gas chromatography and liquid chromatography. For gas chromatography, the minimum detection limit is 50 lag/g, the value of low, middle and high level recovery rate is 93.9 %,92.7%,94.4 % and the value of retative standard deviation is 5.60 %, 5.17 %, 5.19 %, in respectively. For liquid chromatography, the minimum detection limit is 6.0μg/g, the value of low, middle and high level recovery rate is 98.9 %, 97.9 %, 97.9 %, and the value of relative standard deviation is 3.27 %, 3.93 %, 3.97 %, in respectively.
