甲基酚类化合物在毛细管柱气相色谱上的分离研究

摘要 在气相烷基化法合成邻甲酚、2,6-二甲酚、2,3,6-三甲酚实验中,为了测定原料及产物中各类酚的含量,开发了一种用毛细柱气相色谱法分析甲基酚类化合物的方法。探讨了毛细管色谱柱对甲基酚类化合物异构体的分离能力,研究了甲基酚类化合物在不同极性毛细柱上的出峰规律。 In experiment of synthesizes the o-cresol, 2,6- xylenol and 2,3,6- trimethylphenol in the gas phase alkyl reaction. In order to determine content of each kind of phenol compound in raw material and the product, developed one kind of the method to analyze the methyl phenol compound with the capillarity column gas phase chromatography. It was discussed to separation ability of the capillary chromatographic column to the methyl phenol compound isomers, and the peak rule was studied to the methyl phenol compound on the different polar capillarity column.
