摘要
在自制的真空自由落砂式冲蚀磨损试验机上,对几种中温封严涂层的冲蚀率与冲蚀速度之间的关系进行了试验研究.结果表明,冲蚀率与冲蚀速度存在幂函数关系,速度指数随冲蚀角度增大而增大,在较高角度冲蚀时,速度指数比一般塑性材料和脆性材料的高.基于冲蚀压痕效应,较好地解释了在90°冲蚀时涂层的冲蚀率与冲蚀速度3次方成正比的关系.
The erosion wear resistance is the most important property of abradable seal coating. The relationship between impact speed and erosion wear rate of several kinds of middle temperature abradable seal coatings was investigated by a CMS 100 self made vacuum sand erosion machine. The results show that the relationship between the impact speed and the erosion rate is an exponential function. The speed exponent increases with the increase of the impact angle. At higher impact angle, the exponent is higher than that of both plastic material and brittle material. It is explained that at 90° impact, the erosion rate of the coating is in direct proportion to the cube of impact speed by the impact indentation effect.
