摘要
采用微波消解样品,用火焰原子吸收法直接测定香椿叶中的钙、镁、铁、锌、锰、铬和镉含量。回收率98.65%~101.88%,相对标准偏差均小于3.68%。方法准确、操作简便,可实现同一样品的快速测定,且最大限度地减少了对测定的干扰。微波消解作为一种样品制备方法,在香椿叶样品预处理方面,避免了传统湿法消解的限制,具有传统灰化法与湿法消解无法比拟的优点。
The toona sinesis samples were digested by microwave, and then trace elements was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed that the average recovery with standard addition mode was 98.65 %-101.88 %, with relative standard deviation (RSD)≤3.68 %. The method was accurate,simple and rapid. The interference on determination was reduced to the greatest extent. As a novel method for sample preparation, microwave digestion technique eliminated the disadvantages of traditional wet digestion to pretreat toona sinesis-leaf samples and had advantages that traditional alkalimelting and acid digestion did not have.
