摘要
采用双道原子荧光光谱法,对水中砷和硒测定的各种影响因素进行了探讨。通过优化和折衷条件的方法,得出联合测定水中砷和硒的最佳条件。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,适用于环境水样中砷和硒的联合测定。
Double channels atomic fluorescence spectrometry of As and Se in water was carried out simultaneously. Influencing factors in determination of As and Se were explored and optimum conditions for the determination were obtained through optimization and compromise. The method was simple, rapid and sensitive. It had been used to determine As and Se in environment sample.
