摘要
文章主要以湛江东兴石油企业有限公司新建40000m3原油罐安装工程为实例,概述了该项目的施工工序,主要包括罐底板、罐壁、浮顶、上水试验和罐底CTPU(弹性聚氨酯)密封五方面的工序。最后指出,储罐的施工工艺差别不大,而求同存异的理念是工程实施成功的关键。
The construction procedure of crude oil tank installation project was summarized with the example of new construction project of 40000m^3 crude oil tank installation of Zhanjiang Dongxing petroleum enterprise Co., Ltd., including five aspects, which were tank bottom, tank wall, floating roof, water feeding experiment and seal of tank bottom CTPU. At last, it was pointed out the construction technology different of storage tank was not big, however, the idea of asking for agreement and keeping difference was the key important to success.
