摘要
大型焦炉的空炉保温尚未尝试过,文章以六米焦炉为例,从荒煤气系统、炉温管理、炉体密封几个方面对长时间空炉保温应采取的各项措施、实施的步骤、实施的方法进行阐述,对保温期间的相关数据进行了整理,通过该焦炉在经历长时间空炉保温后又重新投入使用期间各项反应正常的事实充分说明只要把相关参数严格控制好,大型焦炉长时间空炉保温是可以实现的。
Empty stove heat preservation about large-scale coke stove has not yet attempted. Six meters of coke stove was taked as example in the paper. Each measure, implementation steps and implementation methods that should be adopted about preserving empty stove heat for a long time were elaborated from original coal gas system, the stove temperature manage, the sealing of stove body. And the related data during the time the heat of the coke stove was preserved was arranged. From the fact that various aspects of the stove were normal in the period it was reused after it was empty and its heat was preserved for a long time, it was fully descripted that as long as related parameters were controled strictly, preserving empty stove heat for a long time in regard to large-scale coke stove can be achieved.
