四辊压延机智能测控系统的改进

Improvement of 4-rolled Calendar Intelligent Measure and Control System

摘要 针对公司子午线轮胎生产线重要设备四辊压延机的测控系统的落后,应用新的测控技术加以改进,提高老设备的使用价值及稳定帘布压延产品的质量,重点介绍及分析了新的智能测控系统的实施方案。 The paper focused on the underdevelopment of the 4-rolled calendar measure and control system, which is one of the main facilities in radial tire production line. New measure and control technologies were applied and thus the value of old facilities was improved and the quality of calendaring products was stabilized. The operation plans for the new intelligent measure and control system were also introduced and analyzed.
