线路板废水处理回用工程实例

采用预处理&离子交换组合工艺对线路板废水进行回用,运行结果表明,在进水溶解性固体≤1000mg/L,电导率≤2000μs/cm时,处理收出水可厂区线路板回用工艺的要求:溶解性固体≤148mg/L,电导率≤300μs/cm。该工艺简单,运行可靠、方便,运行费用低。

The pretreatment ＆ ion exchange combined process was adopted to reuse the board wastewater. The results showed that the SS of treated water was less than 148mg/L, conductivity of treated water was less than 300μs/cm when the SS of influent was less than 1000mg/L, conductivity of influent was less than 2000 μs/cm, which met the reused standard. The process was simple, reliable, the operation cost was low.
