对影响双支座卧式容器筒体上最大环向应力因素的研究

Study of Factors Influencing Maximum Hoop Stress in Cylinder of Horizontal Vessel with Double Saddles

通过有限元软件ANSYS建立双支座卧式容器的有限元模型,考察了影响鞍座附近筒体最大环向应力的各种因素,并且得出了它们各自的影响系数,最后利用这些影响系数得出了计算最大环向应力的公式。

By using finite element software ANSYS, the model of horizontal vessel with double saddles was established. Various factors influencing the hoop stress in the cylinder adjacent to the saddle were considered, and the affecting coefficients corresponding to theses factors were obtained. Finally, with these coefficients, the equation to calculate the maximum hoop stress was deducted.
