摘要
针对加氢汽油管线三通接管结构,采用比较规整的8节点六面体单元建立三维有限元模型,进行了有限元应力分析和应力强度评定,认为此三通接管结构满足JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》所规定的应力强度,并且有较大的安全余量,可以忽略较小的均匀腐蚀减薄量。
With respect to the structure of Tee joint in hydrogenating gasoline pipeline, 3-D finite element model was established by using eight nodes hexahedron element, and then, finite element analysis and stress intensity assessment were carried out. The result showed this structure fulfilled the strength requirement stipulated in JB4732-95, and moreover, there was sufficient margin in safety. Thus, relatively small homogeneous corrosion can be omitted.
