Fabrication of Equipment by Using Hastelloy C22 Composite Plate

针对OCr18Ni9+C22爆炸复合板设备加工,介绍了C22合金固溶处理后耐腐蚀性能是否满足规定要求进行的试验;阐述了C22合金同种钢及异种钢的焊接工艺和操作要点,对焊接接头是否满足性能要求进行了试验,并提供了可行的试验依据。

With respect to the fabrication of 0Cr18Ni9 - C22 clad plate by using explosion method, the test to exam whether the stipulated requirements of anticorrosion for C22 after solution annealed was introduced in this article. The welding process of C22 with same kind of steels and with different kind of steels as well as some key points in operation were described. After the test of characteristics for welding joint, the reliable test data was presented.
