摘要
本文研究了纳米晶软磁合金Fe735Cu1Nb3Si135B9在制备态、550℃氩气退火和500℃空气退火后表面层的元素状态及分布。在制备态样品的表面有少量的氧;经550℃氩气退火后表面含氧量有所增加;而经过500℃空气退火后,样品表面具有很高的含氧量,富氧层深度也达到24nm以上。样品表面的氧主要以Fe2O3及SiO2的形式存在。
