2005-2008年某市戒毒、劳教人员HIV感染状况调查

Investigation on HIV Infection among the Drug treatment,Re-education in one City from 2005 to 2008

目的了解柳州市戒毒、劳教人员HIV的感染情况,为柳州市的公安、司法等相关部门制定艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验对戒毒、劳教人员进行抗一HIV检测。结果共检测8954名,抗一HIV阳性者1203例,阳性率为13.44%。感染者中4名为性服务人群,其余都是吸毒人员并有共用注射器史。结论戒毒所、劳教所羁押人员中HIV感染很高是主要高危人群,应加大对这些群体的宣传教育、管理和行为干预。

Objective To investigate the HIV infection among the drug treatment, re -education in Liuzhou City, and to provide evidence for prevention and control. Methods The drug treatment, re - education were detected the HIV antibody by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） . Results 1203 of 8954 on drug treatment, re - education presented HIV antibody positive and the rate was 13. 44%. 4 of the infected were sex workers, while the rest were drug addicts having syringe sharing history. Conclusion The drug treatment, re - education in a high HIV infection are the main high -risk groups, these groups should be enhanced publicity and education, management and behavioral intervention.
