目的了解PCO从业人员对教材的知识量、培训内容、授课方式、课时安排、个人期望、对老师的要求等的需求,为进一步改进教材的组织和使用以及教学效果的评估等提供依据,满足市场需求。方法对参加PCO职业培训的人员,发放问卷调查表,对回收的调查表进行统计分析。结果49.1%的人认为培训内容要以经验介绍为主;有51.0%的人认为教材的内容刚好合适;56.6%的人仍愿意接受传统的授课形式;45.3%的人希望能进行现场的实际操作;83.2%的人希望老师的授课能更生动,增加课堂的互动性;50.9%人希望能开展行业的继续教育;58.5%的人希望建立规范的培训基地;43.4%的人希望能通过网络的方式获得知识;75.5%的人想了解怎样应对客户的投诉和满足客户的合理要求。结论目前的职业培训市场需求大于供给。

Conclusion the present professional training cannot satisfy the market demand.
