目的提高在职继续医学教育培训工作效率,为临床医院感染预防控制工作提供理论与技术指导。方法在医院感染监控管理系统上,构建院感知识在线培训子系统,实现医院感染知识在线培训、网上考核及痕迹管理。结果该系统为医院感染知识继续教育提供了便捷有效的培训途径,对医务人员在职学习起到了监督和督促作用。结论应用计算机网络技术,为医院感染知识继续教育提供网络信息交流平台,为医务人员的在职学习提供方便,有利于增强医务人员医院感染的防控意识。
