摘要
目的分析人事档案管理中存在的问题,探讨应用信息化管理档案的优势。方法结合近年来在档案管理方面的实践,比较现行的档案管理方法与模式。结论人事档案信息化管理已势在必行。
Objective The present study was conducted to analyze the personnel management problems and explore the advantages of informatization construction of the administration of personnel archives. Methods Combination of the practice of administration of personnel archives in recent years and analyzing he existing methods and models of administration of personnel archives. Conclusion The informatization construction of the administration of personnel archives is imperative.
