铌对灰铸铁耐磨性的影响

Effects of Nb on the Wear Resistance of Gray Cast Iron

探讨了铌对灰铸铁耐磨性的影响及铌铸铁的耐磨机理。试验结果表明，铌能显著地提高铸铁的耐磨性。当含铌量为０．１５％～０．４０％时，铌铸铁较普通铸铁耐磨性提高５倍左右，较硼铸铁提高１倍以上，较铬钼铜铸铁提高１～３倍。

This paper accounts for the research works of wear resistance of Nb containing cast iron and discussed the mechanism of the wear resistance behavior of this material. The experimental result shows that Nb improves remarkably wear resistance of cast iron. Wear resistance of Nb cast iron with a Nb range of 0.15% to 0.40% is about 5 times better than that of common gray cast iron, one time better than that of B containing cast iron, and 1 to 3 times better than that of CrMoCu containing cast iron.
